Web and intranet editor - application
The WWW application is the Organization's public announcement tool for providing all necessary information to all stakeholders involved in the Organization's business processes while intranet application is an information channel for all employees in the Organization. Accurate data from "Law and regulations" application is very important for employees operating with Web and intranet editor application because valid and accurate information must be published immediately and must be accessible to all participant in business processes.
"WWW" is shortened name of the application which is used in 22 organizational units all over the country. Application has two roles, WWW editor and WWW admin. One role (WWW editor) is for editing in the application and the other one (WWW admin) is for administering the application. All employees can read from the application because it is served public by HTTP protocol on an organization's domain so there is no need for the additional role "read". "WWW" application used in Organization's Services, Sectors and Departments.
The name of the application is anonymised and the number of business roles is reduced to two roles in order to maintain a representative sample for research purposes.
