E-learning - application

E-learning application is intended for electronic learning or distance learning of employees, using Organization's electronic infrastructure, education technology and information and communication technologies. Apart from the basic use of education, it also enables the organization of internal conferences, as well as various specialized courses for employees, without the need to leave the workplace.

"E-learning" is shortened name of the application which is used in 207 organizational units all over the country. Application has two roles, E-learning read and E-learning write. One role (E-learning read) is for reading from applications and the other one (E-learning write) is for inserting new data and risk profiles into an application. "E-learning" application used in Organization's Central office, Sectors, Services, Departments, Regional offices and Offices.

The name of the application is anonymised and the number of business roles is reduced to two roles in order to maintain a representative sample for research purposes.
