Transport fleet - application

Transport fleet application is used for the administration of vehicles and drivers, booking of official vehicles, records of driving and vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption monitoring, recording other types of costs and reporting. The application has a vehicle positioning functionality and by wireless communication can receive and send different types of information to the driver. Application main purpose is the storage of all collected information about the official vehicle and provides useful information for the Planning application.

"Fleet" is shortened name of the application which is used in 67 organizational units all over the country. Application has two roles, Fleet read and Fleet write. One role (Fleet write) is for editing in the application and the other one (Fleet read) is only for reading from the application. "Fleet" application used in Organization's Sectors, Services and Branch offices.

The name of the application is anonymised and the number of business roles is reduced to two roles in order to maintain a representative sample for research purposes.
