Employee's evidence - application

Employee's evidence applications package is used for human resource management and salary calculation. It contains functionalities needed for human resource management such as application and selection of candidates and selection of new employees, employee register with all necessary information, performance evaluation and employee rewarding, scheduling and working time records and salary calculation.

"HR" is shortened name of the application which is used for publishing announcements, testing and interviewing candidates and selecting candidates. The employee register contains all necessary records and descriptions of work positions.

Application has two roles, HR read and HR write. One role (HR write) is for editing in the application and the other one (HR read) is only for reading from the application. Planning application used in the Organization's Sectors, Services and Departments. 18 organizational units are using the application and they are located in the Central office and four Regional offices (Zagreb, Split, Rijeka and Osijek).

The name of the application is anonymised and the number of business roles is reduced to two roles in order to maintain a representative sample for research purposes.
