Employee entity consists of many attributes which make entity unique in Organization (system). Some attributes are common and nondescriptive and the only purpose of their appliance is for naming (to undoubtedly recognize entities in the system).
Other attributes are descriptive and shared attributes. Shared attributes mean that the same combinations of available values are used and assigned/applied to each entity. Their functions are to describe the quality of an employee entity: how good/familiar is with information technologies, how fast can type, what languages speak, how many years of work experience has...etc.
