Similar to Rules for evaluating Employee Appropriateness, Rules for evaluating organizational unit ability for transfer employees to other organizational unit define necessary parameters and actions for final process Employee Transferability that will help propose the most appropriate employee for particular organizational unit.
Four new variables are inserted in the Employee Transferability process which will have a significant impact on the final result of transfer evaluation:
- The current number of employees in the organizational unit where an employee works (now)
- The optimal number of employees in the organizational unit where an employee works (now)
- The current number of employees in the organizational unit where an employee is planned to be transferred
- The optimal number of employees in the organizational unit where an employee is planned to be transferred
These four new variables are needed to distinguish organizational units capable of receiving new employees from those who are already filled with the optimal number of employees or even have more. The saturation of workplaces in the organizational unit selected for employee redeployment process has to be evaluated.
