Twelve employee's attributes are chosen and used for the adequacy evaluation process, which generates a single value and describes:

Is evaluated employee excellent, appropriate or not appropriate at all for certain organizational unit?
Each attribute is evaluated separately and the output is a single value, eg. "not appropriate" or "appropriate". Some evaluation outputs could be even more detailed, like "less appropriate" or "excellent" as additional versions of "appropriate" value.
For that purpose, the evaluation process is using one or more specific rules for comparing employees' and organizational units' related values. Those rules are named Utility functions in the DEXi application.
The following chapters describe all rules that are used in the final evaluation sub-processes.
