An organizational unit entity, similar to an employee entity, consists of many attributes which make the entity unique in Organization (system). Some attributes have a naming purpose while other attributes (descriptive and shared) are used to describe a location, type of organizational unit and minimal qualitative requirements for an employee to work in the organizational unit.
When an employee's shared attributes are compared to the organizational unit's shared attributes, the output is presented as the adequacy of an employee upon the certain organizational unit. Employee Adequateness will be explained in one of the following chapters.
