Entity "Work position" is supporting entity used by Employee entity and Organizational unit entity. "Work position" entity consists of many attributes which makes entity unique in Organization (system). Some attributes are common and nondescriptive and the only purpose of their appliance is for naming (to undoubtedly recognize entity in the system).
Other attributes are descriptive and shared attributes. Shared attributes mean that the same combinations of available values are used and assigned/applied on each entity using the "Work position" entity. Their function is to describe the adequacy of an employee for a certain organizational unit entity or to strictly define min. requirements for an employee in the organizational unit.
