Entity "Application role" is supporting entity used by Employee entity, Organizational unit entity and Application entity. "Application role" entity consists of many attributes which makes the entity unique in Organization (system). Some attributes are common and nondescriptive and the only purpose of their appliance is for naming (to undoubtedly recognize entities in the system).
Other attributes are descriptive and shared attributes. Shared attributes mean that the same combinations of available values are used and assigned/applied on each entity using the "Application role" entity.
